VICTORY FOR THE PEOPLE AGAINST EXTERNAL FORCES

I give God the adoration and praise for a victorious outing for the people of Etche ethnic nationality and our great party, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP in the just concluded election in Etche/Omuma Federal Constituency.

I congratulate my brother and friend, High Chief, Jerome Eke, Member-elect House of Representatives, I also congratulate my brother and colleague, Hon. Tony Ejiogu, Member-elect Rivers State House of Assembly. I urge you to use your respective positions to positively change the story of your constituents who so much believe in you.

I salute the people of Etche ethnic nationality, for their bravery and courage while defending their votes against external forces who attempted to subvert their will. Thank you very much for standing by PDP once again.

I say a very big thank you to our leader and the leader of opposition in Nigeria, Mr Project, His Excellency, Chief Barr. Nyesom Ezenwo Wike, CON, Executive Governor of Rivers State, for his strong will to defend democracy in Nigeria. I appreciate our party leaders and supporters.

Finally, I congratulate those who lost out in the election for putting up a good fight, I enjoin you to imbibe the spirit of sportsmanship and congratulate the winners, then join hands with them to better the life of your people because, the interest of the people comes first before any personal interest.
